  • Registration fee includes participation in the scientific program, visit of the exhibition area, congress material, coffee during breaks, lunches and the welcome reception.
  • If you register on site we cannot guarantee for lunch and participation in the social program. You are encouraged to register for the meeting either online, by mail or by fax (+49 211 593560).
  • For written cancellation before 29th August 2008 an administration charge of € 25,– will apply. After this date, no refunds can be made. ESA Members who have not paid their membership fee of 2007 and/or the previous years will have to pay the full fee as non members and they will not receive "Transactions Book".
